LOUD TECHNOLOGIES APPOINTS MARK MADISON TO THE NEW POSITION OF GROUP MANAGER FOR EAW COMMERCIAL
January 6, 2004 - Woodinville, Wash. - Loud Technologies Inc. (OTCBB: LTEC) today announced the appointment of Mark Madison to the position of Group Manager for the newly created EAW Commercial group.
In this position, Madison will be responsible for defining and implementing sales and distribution programs for the new EAW Commercial division. Madison will also serve as the primary link between field sales, marketing and the EAW Commercial product development team with full responsibility for sales strategy, policies and procedures, promotional activities, customer relationships, product applications, and presentation standards.

Mark Madison brings to LOUD Technologies over twenty-five years of experience in the audio-visual world having worked in broadcast, production, sound reinforcement, studio recording, video conferencing, and all forms of sound and video contracting and systems integration. He has designed and managed over 1000 projects with ranging from tens of thousands to several million dollars for companies like MCSI, Hoffman Media Systems, EIS and Chevron Corporation. With a background in electrical engineering, Madison also brings extensive marketing, business development, sales and management experience.
Mark Madison will work from LOUD Technologies' headquarters in Woodinville WA, reporting to Sr. Vice President of Marketing and Product Development Ken Berger. "Mark is the perfect person to lead our new EAW Commercial group," commented Berger.
