Rodney E. Olson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, LOUD Technologies Inc.  Mr. Olson joined LOUD in August 2008, after a decade with Cardinal Brands, a Kansas-based office products company, where he served as CFO, president and most recently, CEO for the past two years.  Under Mr. Olson’s leadership, the company’s revenues grew 30 percent despite highly competitive market conditions.  Prior to his time at Cardinal, Mr. Olson served as CFO at Sabreliner Corporation, an aviation company, where he led the company’s M&A activity and was integral in driving revenue and market share growth in the 6 years he was there.  Mr. Olson received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from The University of Kansas, Lawrence.

 

Mark E. Kuchenrither, Vice President, Sun Capital Partners.  Mark served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Peavey Electronics Corp. from 2000 to 2003 prior to joining Sun Capital in 2007.  He spent nine years in various senior financial and operating roles for other corporation prior to his assignment with Peavey Electronics.  Mr. Kuchenrither received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from The Ohio State University, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Franklin University and a Master of Business Administration from Quincy University.

 
Thomas V. Taylor, Managing Director, Sun Capital Partners, has had extensive operating and merchandising experience having spent 23 years with The Home Depot Companies, most recently servicing as Executive Vice President, Merchandising and CMO.  Mr. Taylor began his career with The Home Depot at age 16 quickly rising through the organization assuming increasing levels of managerial and executive responsibility.
 
Kevin Calhoun, is a Senior Vice President of Sun Capital Partners, Inc., and has 22 years of operation, accounting and tax, management information systems and risk management experience. Prior to joining Sun Capital Partners in 2000, Mr. Calhoun, served as CFO of a publicly-held technology company and Controller for a privately owned distribution business. He was also with Ernst & Young for ten years, most recently as Senior Manager in its audit department. Mr. Calhoun served as Chief Financial Officer of Sun Capital Partners' first affiliated portfolio company, Atlas Companies, a manufacturer of specialty papers and cutting dies. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Florida.
 
Clarence E. ("Bud") Terry, 58, was appointed as a director and Vice President in February 2003. Mr. Terry has served as Managing Director of Sun Capital Partners, Inc. since September 1999, and has more than 29 years of operating experience at Rain Bird Sprinkler Manufacturing, Inc., the largest manufacturer of irrigation products in the world. Mr. Terry has been responsible for all areas of operations, including manufacturing, foreign sourcing, sales and marketing, and general management. Mr. Terry has served as CEO on an interim basis for several Sun Capital Partner's portfolio companies. Mr. Terry is also a director of Northland Cranberries, Inc., Catalina Lighting, Inc., Celebrity, Inc., and a number of private companies.
 
Lynn Skillen, 49, was appointed Vice President in February 2003 and a director in April 2003. Mr. Skillen has also served as Vice President of Sun Capital Partners, Inc. since November 2002. Prior to joining Sun Capital Partners, Inc., Mr. Skillen served as Chief Financial Officer of two Sun Capital portfolio companies, Catalina Lighting, Inc. and Celebrity, Inc. He also served as Vice President-Finance of Dollar Car Rental from September 1997 to March 1998 and as Chief Financial Officer of Snappy Car Rental, Inc. from October 1994 to September 1997. Prior to 1994, Mr. Skillen spent 16 years at Safelite Auto Glass, serving in several finance and operations management positions. Mr. Skillen is also a director of Celebrity, Inc.
 
Jason Neimark, 34, was appointed as a vice president in February 2003 and a director in May 2005. Mr. Neimark joined Sun Capital in 2001 and has led more than 25 buyout and re-financing transactions. After receiving his CPA designation in 1992, Mr. Neimark worked as a tax consultant and auditor for KPMG Peat Marwick until 1995 when he joined Midwest Mezzanine Funds, a provider of junior capital to middle market businesses, where he served until 2001 as a Principal. As President of K&D Distribution, a national direct marketer and specialty distributor of optical products, and an affiliated company of Midwest Mezzanine, Jason led K&D's financial and operational turnaround in 2000. Mr. Neimark graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
 
Jon W. Gacek, 43, was appointed director of the Company in September 2002. Mr. Gacek is Chief Financial Officer of Advanced Digital Information Corp. in Redmond, Washington, a designer and manufacturer of automated high performance data storage hardware and software products used to backup and archive electronic data in client/server network computing environments. Prior to joining ADIC in 1999, he was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in charge of the office technology practice in Seattle, Washington. While at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Gacek assisted private equity investment firms in a number of merger, acquisition, leveraged buyout and other transactions. He holds a B.A. in Accounting from Western Washington University.
 
George R. Rea, 67, was appointed a director in May 2003. Mr. Rea has held various senior management positions in several high technology companies, retiring as Executive Vice President of Conner Peripherals, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of computer storage products, in 1994. Since retiring, Mr. Rea has served as a consultant and director of Imaging Technologies Inc., a manufacturer of high speed ink jet printing systems, Spacetec IMC, a manufacturer of computer input controllers for 3-D applications, and Labtec Inc., a manufacturer of speakers and microphones for computer applications. Mr. Rea is also a director of Northland Cranberries and Catalina Lighting, Inc.
 
C. Daryl Hollis, 61, was appointed a director in April 2003. Mr. Hollis has been an independent business consultant since 1998. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Hollis served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Panda Project, Inc., a technology company. Mr. Hollis is also a director of Northland Cranberries, Inc. and Catalina Lighting, Inc.
