| Cash Application Specialist |
We are seeking a self-starting and motivated candidate who has an extreme attention to detail and can support multiple tasks with ease. The primary responsibilities of this entry-level position are accurately posting and reconciling cash receipts, wire transfers, lockbox, credit card and check payments received in the mail.

LOUD Technologies (formerly Mackie Designs, EAW, etc.).) is seeking a Cash Application Specialist to join our fast-paced Credit and Collection team. We are seeking a self-starting and motivated candidate who has an extreme attention to detail and can support multiple tasks with ease. The primary responsibilities of this entry-level position are accurately posting and reconciling cash receipts, wire transfers, lockbox, credit card and check payments received in the mail. The successful candidate will work under the directive and supervision of the AR Administration Supervisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Apply cash receipts to the correct invoice(s)
- Monitor accounts to identify and reconcile debits and credits
- Reconcile payment batches and resolve any issues
- Interface with bank websites to obtain lockbox and wire deposit details
- Research payment, purchase order and invoice discrepancies
- Process credit card payments using POS Partner
- Interface with UPS website to obtain COD deposit details
- Batch checks and photocopy for bank deposit
- Perform other related duties and/or special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 6 months related administrative experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting or basic bookkeeping is desirable
- High school education or equivalent
- Experience with Oracle a plus
- Intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to multi-task
- Strong customer service focus

| Sr Oracle Financial Analyst |
This position will work directly with our Finance Department to troubleshoot Oracle application issues and provide recommendations for improvements to the Oracle Applications system and overall business processes utilized by Finance.

This position will work directly with our Finance Department to troubleshoot Oracle application issues and provide recommendations for improvements to the Oracle Applications system and overall business processes utilized by Finance. This position will report to the Director of IT.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the maintenance and on-going support of the Oracle Financial Modules
- Assist the Accounting and Finance teams with reporting and reconciliation requirements as necessary
- Responsible for working with business owners, developers and other application analysts to ensure timely execution of defined projects
- Lead in gathering business requirements from Finance and make recommendations for improved business processes utilizing Oracle Applications
- Responsible for defining development and project requirements
- Work with business owners to ensure proper internal controls and segregation of duties
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- At least 5 + years working with Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA)
- Experience with other Oracle applications a plus
- Understanding of internal controls. Sarbanes-Oxley preferred
- Oracle or Professional certifications (CPA/CMA) a plus
- Experience with Oracle Financials ERP implementation and upgrades

This position is primarily responsible for developing professional audio products for the Mackie and EAW brands. This role requires high level and detailed design of embedded digital systems. The Design Engineer will work with product design teams and will play an integral role in the product development process. This position will work under the directive and supervision of the Lead Engineer, Ditial Group.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- High-speed (>100MHz) digital hardware design
- Mixed signal hardware design (analog/digital converters, etc)
- Embedded microprocessor programming and debug (8 and 32-bit, C & assembly)
- Assist with product definition, feasibility, cost-studies, manufacturing introduction support, validation testing, and ongoing sustaining engineering
- FPGA and CPLD design
- Analog circuit design
- Device driver development
- GUI development
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BSEE (4-year degree) or equivalent
- At least one year working experience as a design engineer
- Experience with a standard schematic capture program
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and write English, C and one assembly language
- Experience with a standard microprocessor family from 8-bit to 32-bit
- Proven ability to work in a team environment

The Test Engineer coordinates with our design engineers, PCB designers and manufacturing engineers to design effective and efficient test procedures and fixtures for the manufacturing of LOUD audio products.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- BSEE degree or Technical degree with equivalent experience
- 3 + years experience as a test engineer in a manufacturing environment

- Ability to travel internationally and on short notice
- Experience reading and writing scripts with Audio Precision VBA and/or CLIO
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, Korean and/or Vietnamese preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience programming ICT equipment and/or JTAG Boundary Scan tools a plus

This position is primarily responsible for working with Product Managers and Engineers to turn product concepts into fully written engineering product specifications. Our products often involve hardware and software components that must be specified to work independently and as a system. The best suited candidate will have the option of either working at our Woodinville, WA office or our Victoria, BC location. This position will report to the Director of Engineering.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Write product specifications fully and clearly at the beginning of each project
- Monitor the progress of projects throughout their development and ensure that they either meet the intended specification or the specification is amended as needed to reflect changes
- Negotiate between different groups to come up with the best possible design given constraints of cost and time
- Maintain close working relationships between brand management and engineering
- Multi-task many projects to align with corporate priorities
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- A minimum of 5 plus years working in the Musical Instrument and Professional Audio industries
- The ability to travel between LOUD locations, to tradeshows and to customer sites
